All sales at Stateline Guns Ammo & Archery are final. Any return must be explicitly authorized by management before an item is sent back. Reporting an issue or requesting a return does not guarantee authorization.
Inspection and notification period
You must inspect your item and notify us of any damage, defect, incorrect item, or other issue within 3 business days of receipt. For items delivered to a receiving Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), the 3-business-day period begins when the FFL receives the item, not when you pick it up or complete the transfer.
Failed background checks and declined transfers
If a firearm cannot be transferred because the customer fails a background check, or the receiving FFL declines the transfer due to straw purchase or state compliance concerns, the customer bears full responsibility. The customer will incur the applicable restocking fee and any other fees required to retrieve the item.
Non-returnable firearms and NFA items
- No returns will be granted on firearms for which a Form 4473 has been successfully completed.
- No returns will be granted on NFA items once a Form 3 has been approved to the receiving dealer.
